The Sandy Point Resort and Marina is located on the shores of Northern Caicos where it remains underdeveloped with crystal clear waters and pearly white beaches.

A Mediterranean Palace

The preservation of natural beauty is a key concept and driving force in our design. The stunning natural Flamingo Pond on the North Island, where the largest natural flamingo habitat is found, has inspired the exquisite two-tiered infinity flamingo shaped pool. The sprawling beach view pool will house a center island complete with palm trees and pink stone inlay that will captivate guests and will be instrumental in adding to the resorts cache.

The amenities on property will leave no desire unfulfilled. The most notable include our roof top restaurant, “Taste of the Caicos and BEYOND”, inspired and groomed by celebrity chef Todd English. The Ocean Breezes Spa will be your pampered hideaway, located on the second floor of a building overlooking the Sandy Point Beach with views of Parrot Cay, and an outdoor recovery deck. Additionally, the property will host Pinky’s lobby and light fare restaurant, an outdoor bar and snack stand, a fitness center, spin cycle and yoga facilities, kids club and camps, kids pool, recreation room, tennis and basketball courts, a gazebo and sundry’s shop. Furthermore, you can find an ice cream and candy shop, “Sandy’s Sweets”; a coffee/smoothie shop, “Sea Glass”; a convenience market, “Garden Island Market”; and a dive shop including recreational water activities, “The Reef’s Dive Shop”.
